Welcome to Troupd ("the App"), a tool for managing performing-arts teams. By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use Troupd. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
Troupd lets you and your teammates post messages, images, announcements, and other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant Troupd a limited license to store, display, and transmit it solely to operate the App for you and your team.
You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable, and not to harass or abuse other users. Troupd has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. We provide in-app tools to report content and block users, review reports within 24 hours, and may remove content and suspend or remove users who violate these Terms. See the End User License Agreement for details.
Troupd is organized around teams. Team leadership can manage rosters, roles, and content within their team. Personal and emergency-contact information you provide is visible to your team's leadership as needed to run the team.
You may delete your account at any time from Profile & Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Certain data may be retained as required by law.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Troupd is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
