This Privacy Policy explains what information Troupd ("the App") collects, how we use it, and your choices. By using the App you consent to the practices described here.

Information we collect

You provide, and we store, the following to operate the App:

• Account & profile: name, email address, phone number, avatar.
• Emergency & health contact info: optional emergency contact and related details you add.
• User content: messages, images, announcements, RSVPs, and other content you create.
• Team data: your team memberships, roles, attendance, and related records.
• Basic technical data: information needed to keep you signed in and the App functioning.

How we use it

We use your information solely to provide the App: authenticating you, showing your teams and content, sending notifications you opt into, and enabling moderation. We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Sensitive information

Emergency and health-related contact details are sensitive. They are visible to your team's leadership as needed to run the team and are not used for any other purpose.

Sharing

Your content is shared with members and leadership of teams you belong to, as appropriate to the feature. We use Supabase as our backend infrastructure provider to store and process data on our behalf. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention & deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Profile & Settings, which removes your personal profile data. Some content may persist within team records or be retained as required by law.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, control notification permissions on your device, block other users, and report content from within the App.
