End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of the Troupd application. It applies in addition to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

License

Troupd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose of managing your performing-arts team.

Objectionable content & abusive users — zero tolerance

Troupd includes user-generated content and messaging. There is no tolerance for objectionable, abusive, or offensive content or behavior. By using the App you agree that you will not post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable, and that you will not harass, bully, or abuse other users.

By using the App you acknowledge and agree that we will:

• provide in-app mechanisms to report objectionable content and to block abusive users;
• review reports and act within 24 hours — removing content and ejecting users who provided offending content;
• remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this EULA.

Reporting & enforcement

You can report any message from its actions menu and block any user so you no longer see their content. Reports are sent to team leadership and to Troupd for review. Violations may result in content removal and account suspension or termination without notice.

Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate this EULA. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the App ends.
